CTI Logistics lifts profit by 31pc

Transport company CTI Logistics has lifted full year net profit by 31.2 per cent to $6.2 million.The result was achieved on revenue of $72.4 million, up 19.4 per cent on the previous year.The West Perth based company declared a fully franked dividend of three cents a share bringing its annual payout to six cents a share in line with last year.CTI attributed the increase in revenue and cashflow to new fleet management contracts and expansion of its warehousing and distribution business.The company said it would look to expand its existing operations through aggressive marketing and potential acquisitions in the year ahead.CTI shares were untraded at $1.05 at 1.45pm.
